Housekeeping service is obtainable once a week for long stay. Parking lot will given by total unit taken i.E 1unit 1 parking lot.Extra car need to rent rm5 per day.Additional guest or visitor staying overnight above max occupancy will be charge rm20 per personper night.Parties, funtions or excessive noise will charge rm200. .Weekly, monthly or yearly rental. Rental quoted is special of utility charges and is calculated from meter reading taken upon arrival and at departure.Cost of utility is 47 cents per unit consumed.The charge is quite nominal if one turns off their air-conditioning and lights whenever not in use. The utility amount will be invoiced each month to the tenant, and is to be paid directly to the office.For one month or shorter term rental, utility will be deducted directly from the deposit upon check-out..Security deposit. Security deposit is refundable after deduction of utility charges and any incidental charges, if any, upon checking out.
